Rev. (Mrs.) Eyoanwan Otu is the Wife of the Governor of Cross River State, recognized for her commitment to community development, women empowerment, and humanitarian service across the state.

Rev. (Mrs.) Eyoanwan Otu: A Legacy of Service & “Humanity Without Borders”

Born on April 10, 1964, in Creek Town, Odukpani LGA, she holds multiple degrees including a Master’s in Public Administration and Education.

She began her career as a teacher in Calabar and rose through the ranks of the civil service to a federal leadership position before retiring in 2023.
